Lakelands Day Care Hospice building layout and decoration provide a warm

Design and specification of the installation includes natural gas fired low pressure hot water heating condensing boilers, in run and standby arrangements, serving low temperature radiators, fitted with thermostatic valves. Heating flow water temperature is scheduled in accordance with external temperatures. The control system limits the overnight economy temperature drop throughout the building.

Domestic hot water services are provided by vertical indirect storage calorifiers and distributed throughout the building by circulation pump.

Electrical circuits are designed to provide general lighting and power, power to the ground floor boiler room and roof plantroom areas, mechanical supply and extract ventilation equipment and controls.
